Order Processing Time

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is between 4 and 10 business days, depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders, as displayed at checkout.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we will either:

• Send a replacement at no additional cost; or

• Issue a full refund to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the package and products.
